Requirement & Responsibilities:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a DevOps role, with a strong focus on the AWS environment.
• Experience in leading or managing a DevOps team for at least 2 years.
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure on the AWS platform.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes.
• Configure and manage Docker containers and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize performance and reliability.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the DevOps team.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• In-depth understanding of infrastructure as code principles using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
