Job Description
1. Follow up on sales leads by maintaining consistent communication with client contacts to gather key information (budget, decision-makers, competitors, organizational structure, business processes, etc.);
• Collaborate with the consulting team to ensure solutions align with client needs, independently prepare quotations, and present them to clients;
• Assess commercial contract risks, manage processes including quoting, project initiation, invoicing, bidding, and payment collection;
• Drive solution implementation, track and maintain client relationships to build strong, long-term partnerships;
• Oversee project payments and receivables tracking to ensure timely collections and adherence to payment schedules.
Position Requirements
• 10+ years of professional sales experience, including 5+ years in B2B sales
• Experience in ITO/BPO/software solutions industry
• Familiarity with Hong Kong market conditions; candidates with existing client networks preferred
• Hong Kong permanent residency status, or holding a Quality Migrant Admission Scheme, High-calibre Talent Admission Scheme, or Professional Admission Scheme visa
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin proficiency sufficient for basic communication
