Job Title: Sales Manager – Flexible Packaging

Job Purpose
The Sales Manager will lead business development and sales activities for the flexible packaging division across the UAE and GCC markets. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with key clients in sectors such as FMCG, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, and industrial packaging.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in UAE and regional markets.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Expand client base in industries like food packaging, personal care, and pharma.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored flexible packaging solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Intelligence
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in the UAE/GCC.
• Provide insights to support product development and positioning.
• Identify emerging opportunities (e.g., sustainable packaging, recyclable materials).
Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team (if applicable).
• Set KPIs and monitor performance against targets.
• Conduct regular sales reviews and training sessions.
Coordination & Reporting
• Work closely with production, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Report to senior management on sales performance and market developments.
Key RequirementsEducation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• MBA is an advantage
Experience
• 5–10+ years of sales experience in flexible packaging, plastics, or related industry
• Strong network within UAE/GCC packaging or FMCG sectors
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Technical understanding of flexible packaging (films, laminates, printing, etc.)
• Ability to manage key accounts and large contracts
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
Other Requirements
• UAE driving license (preferred)
• Willingness to travel across UAE and GCC
