Job Description
What you'll do: Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to drive high performance and accountability. Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to grow market share in the government sector. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with government entities, ensuring a strong sales pipeline. Build and maintain trusted relationships with key government stakeholders and high-value clients. Monitor team and individual KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and drive team development. Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and government procurement processes. Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, customer service, and finance teams. Lead and manage government tender processes — from proposal development to negotiation and compliance. Act as a client advocate to ensure exceptional service and account retention. Represent Fine Solutions at industry events, exhibitions, and official government-related meetings. What you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in related sectors. Prior experience managing government accounts or selling to government entities is highly desirable. Solid understanding of UAE government procurement processes and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with tendering procedures and proposal development for government clients. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics. Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic language proficiency is a must.
