The Sales Engineer / Sales Manager will manage and co-ordinate all sales and marketing activities primarily that of Modular Buildings and Living Quarters in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Actively drive the growth of the Company by promoting and selling its products across the UAE and GCC markets.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers through effective sales strategies, value propositions, and internal coordination to enhance service quality, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage all incoming enquiries in a timely and structured manner, including maintaining enquiry records, preparing quotations, conducting follow-ups, site visits, sales meetings, and negotiations.
• Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect engagements to achieve agreed business targets, with a strong focus on cost management, time efficiency, and productivity.
• Utilize customer relationship management systems and sales activity tools to record, track, and update relevant customer and prospect information.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide regular reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and other operational requirements, including the proper handling and care of Company equipment.
• Ensure that all customers meet contractual obligations, including payments, agreement sign-offs, and submission of required guarantees.
• Continuously assess market conditions, project developments, and the overall business environment, and report key findings to management.
