We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across corporate gifting, retail partnerships, events, and strategic collaborations within a premium bakery and floral gifting environment. The role focuses on developing new business channels, managing key corporate relationships, and expanding market presence across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate gifting, events, and partnerships
Develop relationships with corporate clients, event planners, hospitality groups, and lifestyle brands
Drive bulk-order opportunities for seasonal hampers, branded gifting solutions, customized bakery products, and floral arrangements
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective B2B clients
Corporate Sales & Key Account Management
Acquire and manage corporate accounts across the UAE market
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tailored gifting solutions
Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing structures
Ensure strong client retention through relationship management and service delivery coordination
Partnerships & Channel Expansion
Identify collaboration opportunities with retail outlets, cafés, lifestyle stores, and malls
Support development of kiosk placements and pop-up opportunities
Explore strategic alliances with event agencies and gifting platforms
Strengthen brand visibility through partnerships and activations
Seasonal Campaigns & Event Sales
Lead corporate gifting initiatives during key seasonal campaigns such as Ramadan, Eid, National Day, Valentine's Day, and year-end festive periods
Support wedding and private-event sales opportunities
Coordinate customized gifting solutions aligned with client requirements
Revenue Ownership & Market Intelligence
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Track sales pipeline performance and forecast business growth
Monitor competitor activity and identify emerging market opportunities
Provide insights to leadership on expansion strategies
Requirements
Mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
3–6 years of UAE experience in business development or corporate sales
Experience within gifting, bakery, floral, hospitality, retail, or events sectors
Strong exposure to B2B client acquisition and relationship management
Preferred
Existing UAE corporate client network
Experience managing seasonal campaign-based sales cycles
Familiarity with CRM tools
Valid UAE driving license
