As a key player in the Business Development Team, you will drive your own pipeline, identifying new market opportunities that align with the organization's commercial growth strategy. Accountabilities • Drive your own pipeline and seek out new business opportunities. • Support ongoing commercial growth strategies for the organization. • Identify and close new business deals independently. • Collaborate with various stakeholders on the client side. • Analyze market trends and key players in target verticals. Requirements • 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles. • 2+ years in the online payments/fintech industry. • Strong understanding of payment products and processes. • Relevant professional network within the payments or fintech ecosystem. • Proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities. • Experience managing B2B deals with long sales cycles.
