Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to design, operate, and optimize our cloud environments. This is a senior technical role with direct impact on platform stability, performance, security, and continuous delivery. Key Responsibilities • Design, deploy, and manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments (Compute, VCN, Load Balancers, Storage). • Implement high availability, scalability, and performance best practices. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery. • Automate infrastructure using Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC). • Manage and operate Docker and containerized applications. • Support microservices-based architectures. • Monitor system health, availability, and performance using observability tools. • Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions. • Apply security hardening and cloud best practices in coordination with the cybersecurity team. • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive continuous improvement. • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance. Requirements • 610 years of experience in Cloud, Infrastructure, or DevOps roles. • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). • Solid experience with: • Terraform / Infrastructure as Code • CI/CD pipelines • Docker & container technologies • Windows & Linux servers • Experience in FinTech, InsurTech, or SaaS environments is a strong plus. • Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership mentality. • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Preferred Certifications • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certifications • DevOps / Cloud certifications • Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) a plus
