Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven and well-connected Business Development Manager to support the expansion of our client portfolio across the GCC. This is a fully remote, commission-based role suited to a self-motivated professional with a strong network, refined client engagement skills, and a genuine interest in the HR and consulting space.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the GCC
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Position and promote Foreground’s core offerings, including HR advisory, learning & development, and recruitment solutions
Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and pitching through to negotiation and closing
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
Represent Foreground at relevant networking events, industry forums, and client meetings (virtual and in-person, where required)
Stay informed on regional market trends, HR developments, and evolving client needs
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (experience within HR or recruitment is advantageous)
Established network within the GCC business landscape is highly desirable
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
Professional presence with confidence in client-facing environments
Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused mindset
Ability to operate independently in a remote working environment
