Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager with fluency in Russian to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with high-net-worth clients, and developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. You will oversee the sales process, track performance metrics, and collaborate closely with project and design teams to ensure client satisfaction. This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Dubai, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in achieving sales targetsProficiency in customer relationship management and client outreachFluency in both Russian and English (written and verbal) is requiredUnderstanding of luxury interior design or architecture industry trends and client needsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience in a client-facing, sales-oriented role, preferably within the luxury or design sectorsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related fieldAbility to work independently, with flexibility for in-office and remote workPrevious experience working in Dubai or familiarity with the local market is a plus
