Job Purpose: To drive online sales growth and profitability for home appliance categories across online channels in UAE by managing (AMAZON & NOON & Others) operations, optimizing listings, executing promotions, and ensuring best-in-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Online Account Management Manage end-to-end Online Vendor Central accountsOwn category performance including sales, margin, and growthDevelop and execute Amazon strategy (pricing, assortment, visibility)2. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsDrive sell-out through promotions, deals, and campaign planningMonitor conversion rate, traffic, and basket size3. Listing & Content Optimization Ensure high-quality product listings (titles, images, A+ content)Improve SEO ranking and keyword visibilityMaintain accurate product information and compliance4. Marketing & Promotions Plan and execute Amazon campaigns (Deals, Prime, Seasonal events)Manage Amazon Ads (PPC, Sponsored Ads)Coordinate with marketing team for brand visibilityCampaign execution and visibility improvement are key drivers of online growth () 5. Inventory & Supply Chain Management Forecast demand and ensure stock availabilityAvoid stock-outs and overstock situationsCoordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams6. Performance Analysis & Reporting Track KPIs: Sales, ROI, Conversion Rate, Traffic, ReturnsAnalyze dashboard data and identify growth opportunitiesShare weekly/monthly performance reports with managementData-driven decision making is a core expectation in Amazon roles () 7. Customer Experience & Operations Monitor ratings, reviews, and customer feedbackEnsure smooth order fulfilment and returns handlingMaintain high service level metrics8.
