About the Role
We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to lead a hybrid function across both sales management and business development.
This role is designed for a mature professional who can manage a boutique broker team, improve sales discipline and conversion, build relationships with developers and strategic partners, and contribute directly to the company’s growth in the Dubai real estate market.
The successful candidate will work closely with company leadership and play an important role in shaping CrossBridge’s direction during an important stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop the company’s broker team and daily sales activity
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of brokers
Set targets, monitor pipeline discipline, and improve conversion and accountability
Manage lead allocation, CRM visibility, reporting discipline, and deal progression
Support brokers in client meetings, negotiations, objection handling, and closing strategy
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokerage partners, investors, introducers, and strategic external contacts
Expand the company’s access to quality projects, business opportunities, and referral channels
Coordinate with developers regarding project updates, launches, commissions, registrations, and sales requirements
Represent the company professionally with investors, developers, and senior stakeholders
Prepare sales, business development, pipeline, and management reports
Preferred Background
Experience in both sales leadership and business development within Dubai real estate
Strong background in working with international investors and high-net-worth clients
Russian language capability is strongly preferred
Candidates who have lived, studied, or worked in Europe will be viewed favorably
Experience with Europe- and/or CIS-oriented clients is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of boutique, relationship-driven, premium real estate business models
Requirements
Higher diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or Master’s degree is preferred
Proven experience in Dubai real estate sales and/or business development
Previous experience leading brokers, sales teams, or business development activity
Strong developer relations, negotiation, and relationship-management ability
Good understanding of the Dubai property market
Ability to work in a structured, target-driven, and hands-on environment
Professional presence and confidence in client-facing and senior-level discussions
Fluency in English is required; Russian is strongly preferred
