Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Sales Manager – ERP Solutions
with a strong background in ERP software sales, preferably
Odoo ERP
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth across the
UAE and international markets
, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and delivering value-driven ERP solutions to clients.
This role requires a consultative selling approach, strong business acumen, and the ability to align ERP capabilities with client needs to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Revenue Growth
Drive end-to-end sales of ERP solutions, with a focus on
Odoo ERP
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across the UAE, GCC, and global markets
Generate qualified leads through networking, outbound outreach, and inbound channels
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets
Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution walkthroughs
Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and successfully close deals
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for prospects and clients
Understand client business processes and recommend tailored ERP solutions
Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and upselling
Ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle
Solution Selling & Consulting
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design customized ERP solutions
Translate client requirements into functional ERP use cases
Lead discovery sessions and requirement-gathering workshops
Position ERP solutions as strategic tools for business transformation
Strategy & Market Insights
Identify target industries and market segments for ERP adoption in the UAE/GCC region
Stay updated on ERP trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
Contribute to go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and market expansion plans
Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales forecasts, and pipeline visibility
Track KPIs such as conversion rates, deal size, and sales cycle
Provide regular performance updates and insights to leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications Mandatory
3+ years of experience in ERP software sales
Hands-on experience in selling ERP solutions, preferably
Odoo
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
Strong understanding of core business processes (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup
Preferred
Experience selling ERP solutions to SMEs and mid-market clients in UAE/GCC
Exposure to SaaS-based ERP platforms
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation systems
Experience working with international clients (US, Middle East, APAC)
Knowledge of UAE business landscape and compliance requirements
