What Will You Do
We are looking for a high‑intensity, execution‑driven Team Lead – SMB Sales (GCC) who can close deals, lead from the front, and drive a team to consistently hit and exceed targets. This is a player‑coach role; you will own your own quota while managing and scaling a team of 2–4 Business Development Managers.
Responsibilities Own and deliver on both team revenue targets and individual sales targets. Lead, manage, and push a team of 2–4 SMB sales managers to consistently hit targets. Personally close high‑value or strategic deals and lead by example. Drive a high‑performance, high‑accountability culture within the team. Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales activity daily. Enforce strong CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and reporting standards. Coach the team on discovery, demos, objection handling, and closing techniques. Identify gaps in performance and take immediate corrective action. Optimize and refine sales processes, playbooks, and execution strategies. Work closely with Marketing and SDR teams to ensure consistent pipeline generation. Collaborate with Customer Success for seamless onboarding and retention. Provide actionable feedback to Product and Marketing based on market insights. What Are We Looking For 5–7 years of experience in SMB sales, B2B sales, or SaaS sales. Proven track record as a top performer / closer. Experience managing or mentoring sales teams in a high‑performance environment. Strong ability to drive results through both personal execution and team leadership. Experience in scaling sales operations or growing revenue in fast‑paced environments. Deep understanding of the GCC market and SMB customer landscape. Strong skills in negotiation, objection handling, and closing. Data‑driven mindset with strong focus on pipeline management and conversion optimization. Highly driven, competitive, and execution‑focused personality. Ability to operate under pressure and deliver in a target‑driven environment. Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Fluency in English and Arabic required (French is a plus).
