We are looking for a highly motivated and sales-driven professional to join our women’s handbag wholesale business in Deira, Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in wholesale trading, B2B sales, client relationship management, and lead generation within the UAE market. The candidate should be confident in communication, skilled in negotiation, and capable of building long-term relationships with wholesale buyers and business clients. Key Responsibilities Generate new wholesale leads and actively grow the customer network Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients and repeat buyers Achieve sales targets and contribute directly to business growth Welcome and assist walk-in wholesale customers in the showroom/store Present products confidently and recommend suitable collections to buyers Follow up with existing clients and reactivate inactive customers Support business development activities and identify new market opportunities Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams regarding stock availability and orders Supervise daily store activities and ensure smooth showroom operations Guide junior sales staff when needed and maintain professional customer service standards Maintain accurate sales and client records Represent the brand professionally in front of clients and partners Candidate Requirements Previous experience in wholesale sales, preferably in fashion, handbags, accessories, or related industries UAE market experience is strongly preferred Experience working in Deira wholesale market is a major advantage Proven ability in negotiation and client relationship management Ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into sales Confident, energetic, and target-oriented mindset Language Requirements The following languages are considered strong advantages: English (Very Important) Arabic (Very Important) French (Very Important) Farsi (Persian) Candidates who can communicate with international and regional wholesale buyers will be highly preferred. Working Schedule Monday to Saturday Location: Deira, Dubai – UAE This role is highly suitable for candidates with strong interpersonal skills, multilingual communication abilities, and experience dealing with diverse wholesale customers in the UAE market.
