Company Description eData is a Dubai-based Insurtech building the data and AI infrastructure that insurers, TPAs and automotive partners across the GCC rely on to handle claims faster, smarter and at lower cost. We're scaling and we're looking for a commercial operator who can carry that growth. The role
You'll own the full sales cycle: building pipeline, opening doors at insurers and motor dealer groups, leading commercial conversations with C-level stakeholders, and closing. You'll work closely with the CEO and product team, and your wins will directly shape the company's next chapter. What you'll do
Identify, pursue and close new business with insurers, TPAs, brokers and automotive groups across the GCC, with a particular focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia
Open and own executive level relationships : CEO, COO, CFO, Head of Claims, Head of Motor
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
Translate technical capabilities (claims automation, AI triage, data products) into clear commercial value
Own your forecast and pipeline with discipline
Represent eData at industry events, client meetings and partner discussions across the region Who we're looking for
Native or fluent Arabic, plus strong business English (non-negotiable)
Strong, active network in Saudi Arabia with proven ability to open doors at executive management level (strongly preferred)
Background in insurance, TPA, broking or automotive (dealer groups, aftersales, fleet) strongly preferred
5+ years in B2B sales with a track record of hitting and beating targets
Comfortable selling to senior decision-makers and navigating long, consultative cycles Willing and able to travel regularly across the GCC — particularly KSA
