We are hiring a Business Development Executive to grow our B2B client base in Dubai in the field of paper-based products and consumable packaging solutions. We need someone with high experience, strong commercial judgment, and a proven ability to negotiate, sell, and close deals. Location: Dubai, UAE Must-Have (Shortlisting Requirement) Proven UAE experience in paper products / paper packaging / related consumables (Candidates without direct UAE paper-industry experience will not be shortlisted.) Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written) — professional negotiation level requiredKey Responsibilities Identify new B2B opportunities and convert them into active accounts Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → meetings → proposals/quotations → negotiation → closing Build and manage relationships with distributors, HORECA (hotels & restaurants), retail buyers, and corporate clients Maintain strong follow-up discipline, manage the sales pipeline, and provide reporting Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction Requirements Strong hands-on background in business development / B2B sales / account management Excellent negotiation and closing skills (pricing, quotations, contracts) Strong understanding of the Dubai/UAE market and target customer segments Professional, responsible, and results-driven mindset Preferred Direct experience in paper converting / disposable packaging / food-service packaging Existing buyer/distributor network in the UAE Lebanese nationality is a strong plus If you meet the above requirements, we would be glad to receive your CV.
