Job Overview CPESG | WK Audit & Assurance is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Field Sales Manager to manage strategic client accounts and drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategy, account management, and client relationship development within a professional services environment. The ideal candidate will excel in negotiating complex deals, identifying market opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that support client success and organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with key and high-value client accounts. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Negotiate complex contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients. Identify client needs and provide customized Audit & Assurance service solutions. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. Track sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Lead or support sales initiatives, projects, and mentoring activities within the team. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and field visits to strengthen partnerships. Drive long-term account growth through proactive business development strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in field sales, business development, or account management. Strong expertise in strategic sales planning and execution. Advanced negotiation and relationship management skills. Ability to manage large accounts and complex sales cycles effectively. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with attention to detail. Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members. Understanding of Audit/Risk/Compliance services or professional services environments is preferred. Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications. Experience managing business in one or more of the following countries would be preferred: Qatar, the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Attributes Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client growth and revenue generation.
