Role Purpose
This role exists to ensure one outcome:
What the CEO decides is executed — fast, completely, and without dilution.
The Chief of Staff acts as the CEO’s execution partner, driving discipline, accountability, and operational clarity across the organisation.
This is a high-impact execution role, positioned at the centre of the business.
We are looking for a hands-on execution leader who drives outcomes across teams and holds stakeholders accountable.
Key Responsibilities CEO Execution Management
Translate CEO directives into structured execution plans with clear owners and timelines
Track all decisions and ensure seamless follow-through
Identify risks, delays, and misalignment, with clear recommendations
Executive Governance (ExCom)
Drive a disciplined operating rhythm (weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews)
Structure leadership meetings with clear agendas and outcomes
Ensure decisions convert into actionable execution plans
Enforce accountability across senior leadership
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Build and manage CEO dashboards (KPIs, RAG status, progress tracking)
Standardise reporting across all functions
Ensure reporting is concise, action-oriented, and decision-focused
Execution Tracking & Follow-ups
Own organisation-wide action tracking systems
Ensure every task has ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes
Drive consistent follow-up until closure
Cross-Functional Alignment
Align priorities across Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations, and Education
Track interdependencies and remove execution bottlenecks
Ensure coordinated delivery across departments
Risk & Issue Management
Proactively identify execution risks and gaps
Maintain a live risk and issue tracker
Escalate with clarity and actionable solutions
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a Chief of Staff / Strategy Execution / PMO leadership role
Strong ability to drive execution in high-pressure environments
Track record of holding senior stakeholders accountable
Experience building governance frameworks and enforcing them
Exceptional organisational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to operate with authority, neutrality, and influence
