ABOUT THE ROLE
Based at the Corporate Office in Dubai, the Executive Assistant & Communications Specialist will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives while managing corporate communications and digital presence.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Executive Support
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Organize and coordinate company events, board meetings, and conferences.
Organizing and maintaining an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of information.
Communications & Content Management
Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies.
Draft, edit, and distribute corporate communications, reports, newsletters, and press releases.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Manage crisis communication and provide strategic messaging when needed.
Assist in speechwriting and presentation development for executives.
Engage with media, clients, and partners to strengthen relationships. ( optional )
Website Maintenance & Digital Presence
Maintain and update the company website with relevant content.
Ensure website functionality, accuracy, and SEO optimization. (Search Engine Optimization)
Monitor and analyze website performance, making improvements where needed.
Manage digital integrations with social media.
Work with IT or external developers to resolve website-related issues.
QUALIFICATIION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or similar
Experience in the marine industry is an advantage.
Proven experience of minimum 5 years as an Executive Assistant, Communications Specialist, or similar role
