This role involves supporting senior leadership through governance framework setup and operational process implementation. Position: Chief of Staff Summary: Supporting senior leadership within a leading bank in Saudi Arabia, this Chief of Staff role focuses on governance frameworks, operational processes, and internal workflows. Responsibilities: — Act as a shadow Chief of Staff to senior executives, supporting both strategic and operational priorities — Design and implement governance frameworks, operating models, and internal processes — Develop, optimize, and standardize cross-functional workflows to improve efficiency and alignment — Drive execution and ensure operational consistency across teams and departments — Establish KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting mechanisms Requirements: — Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field — 10+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy, Transformation, or PMO roles within banking or financial services — Strong experience in process design, governance setup, and operational excellence — Solid understanding of banking operations and transformation initiatives — Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with exposure to senior leadership — Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and complex environments — Hands-on, structured, and delivery-oriented mindset
