Job Description

A fast-growing financial services firm in Dubai seeks a Chief of Staff to support senior leadership through strategic project ownership and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will possess 4-5 years of relevant experience, with strong project management skills and a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities include driving strategic initiatives from concept to execution, supporting leadership with engagements, and ensuring internal alignment. Arabic fluency is required, and occasional travel within the region is expected.
