Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Manager Location: Abu Dhabi | Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Manager to lead commercial, institutional, and market-facing initiatives. The role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and supporting the group’s capital and investment activities. Candidates with strong exposure to UK and European financial markets are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Build partnerships across financial services, investment platforms, institutions, and strategic counterparties Develop and manage a pipeline of commercial and strategic opportunities Support market expansion and ecosystem growth initiatives Build relationships with financial institutions, advisors, and market participants Represent the group in meetings, networking, and strategic discussions Work closely with Investments, Treasury/Capital Markets, and senior leadership to align commercial initiatives with strategic priorities Experience & Qualifications 5–10 years’ experience in financial services, strategic partnerships, institutional business development, or capital markets Strong network within financial or institutional ecosystems preferred Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Entrepreneurial, proactive, and execution-focused What We’re Looking For Commercially driven and relationship-oriented Strong communicator with executive presence Strategic, proactive, and highly networked Results-oriented with strong follow-through Why Join Us?
