Industry: Industry: IT / Network Infrastructure Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Managers (BDM) to drive growth across Telecom, ICT & Security sector. The role involves client acquisition, key account management, tender participation, proposal preparation, and coordination with technical and project teams. This role is open for three domains: ICT & Security Systems: IT infrastructure, structured cabling, CCTV, access control, and security solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure new business opportunities in specific domain. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Tier-1 operators, OEMs, and contractors. Manage end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure. Participate in RFQs, RFPs, and tenders, coordinating with internal teams for compliant and competitive submissions. Achieve sales and revenue targets while maintaining long-term client partnerships. Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects for strategic insights. Coordinate with project, finance, and operations teams for smooth project execution. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Business Administration. 5–10 years of UAE experience in sales. ICT & Security: Structured cabling, CCTV, access control. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. UAE driving license preferred.
