Our client, an oilfield equipment supplier is looking for a Sales Manager (Downhole Tools & Oilfield Services) to be based in Abu Dhabi. You will support sales growth and business expansion in the Middle East oil & gas sector, particularly with ADNOC, ARAMCO,PDO,KOC approved service providers in the region. This role is ideal for candidates with early to mid-level experience who are eager to develop client relationships and grow within the oilfield services industry. Key Responsibilities: Support business development and sales activities for downhole tools and oilfield services across ME markets. Assist in identifying new business opportunities with entities, service companies, and drilling contractors. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, RFQs, and tender submissions in line with client requirements. Coordinate with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution. Follow up on leads, quotations, and client inquiries to convert opportunities into sales. Maintain and update ERP systems, sales reports, and forecasts. Stay updated on vendor registration processes, prequalification requirements, and procurement procedures. Participate in client meetings, site visits, and industry events when required. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Petroleum preferred) or Business Administration. 4-5 years of experience in sales or business development within oilfield services or industrial products. Basic understanding of downhole tools, drilling, or completion operations is an advantage Familiarity with ADNOC vendor systems, tendering, and procurement processes is an advantage.
