This is a strategic sales role requiring strong industry connections, excellent negotiation skills, and a track record of achieving targets.ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities in fit-out and MEP projects across the UAE marketBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and stakeholdersAttend meetings and site visits to identify opportunities and assess project requirementsFollow up on RFQs and quotations to secure project contractsMaintain the project pipeline and update CRM/sales tracking systemsAchieve sales and revenue targets set by management Proven experience in fit-out and MEP business development in the UAEStrong UAE market network with clients, consultants, and developersExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skillsAbility to generate leads and close sales dealsValid UAE driving license (mandatory)Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
