Position: Chief of Staff to the President – Business Unit

Position Overview The Chief of Staff (CoS) will act as the strategic advisor and operational partner to the President of the Business Unit. This role demands a young, dynamic professional with 10–15 years of strong telecom industry experience, capable of confidently leading technology-driven discussions and enabling seamless execution of the BU’s strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of business acumen, technology depth, and leadership maturity.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support & Business Advisory
Partner with the President to shape, manage, and execute the BU’s strategic roadmap.
Provide analytical insights and recommendations on technology, business, and operational decisions.
Prepare executive briefings, board materials, business reviews, and long‑range planning documents.
Technology Leadership
Lead and facilitate technology discussions internally and with key clients, partners, and vendors.
Demonstrate strong command over telecom technologies (e.g., 5G, networks, cloud, ICT, digital solutions).
Evaluate emerging technologies and market trends to guide BU strategy.
Operational Management & Program Execution
Drive cross-functional initiatives and transformation programs to ensure timely execution and measurable outcomes.
Track KPIs, monitor performance dashboards, and ensure alignment with BU objectives.
Identify operational gaps and drive structured problem-solving across departments.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as the coordination hub between technology, sales, operations, finance, HR, and corporate functions.
Ensure seamless communication and alignment across senior leadership and working teams.
Manage escalations, risks, and interdependencies across strategic programs.
Executive Communication & Representation
Draft high-quality executive communications, speeches, and presentations on behalf of the President.
Represent the President in internal and external meetings when required.
Maintain visibility into organizational dynamics, emerging risks, and overall business health.
Qualifications & Experience
10–15 years of experience in the telecom industry, with exposure to technology, engineering, strategy, or product roles.
MBA from a premier institute (preferred).
Strong understanding of telecom, ICT, digital infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and managing senior stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
High learning agility; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to relocate to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
