About the job Project Manager (Mobile & Fixed network) Position Overview XAD Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Mobile Network & Fixed Network to lead end-to-end delivery of telecom infrastructure projects across mobile and fixed network domains. The role involves planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of projects while ensuring compliance with telecom standards, timelines, and client requirements. The Project Manager will coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment of network solutions including fiber, LTE/5G, transmission, and fixed broadband systems. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage mobile and fixed network projects from initiation to closureDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategiesCoordinate with internal engineering teams and external vendors/contractorsEnsure deployment of telecom infrastructure (fiber optics, BTS, FTTH, transmission systems, etc.)Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within scope, cost, and scheduleManage project risks, issues, and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with UAE telecom regulations and client technical standardsConduct site surveys, progress meetings, and technical reviewsPrepare project documentation, reports, and status updates for stakeholdersManage stakeholder communication and client relationship effectivelyEnsure quality assurance and handover of completed projects Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field5-10 years of experience in telecom project management (mobile & fixed networks)Strong knowledge of telecom technologies (LTE, 5G, FTTH, GPON, microwave, fiber optics)Proven experience in managing large-scale telecom infrastructure projectsFamiliarity with UAE telecom operators and regulatory standardsStrong leadership, coordination, and team management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesProficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project tracking tools Preferred Qualifications PMP certification or equivalent project management certificationExperience working with telecom vendors or operators in the UAE/GCC regionStrong understanding of network rollout processes and site acquisitionTechnical background in mobile network optimization or fixed network deploymentExperience in both greenfield and brownfield telecom projects Package Details
