Business Development Manager (IAM Solutions, KSA Market) 5 Years of experience KSA Full-Time We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity, particularly in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for IAM business across 4 countries in GCC (KSA, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain). The position is based in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain, with a proven track record of driving business growth and building client relationships. Experience in the Saudi market is a mandatory requirement. Spoken Arabic would be a significant advantage. Roles and Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cybersecurity sector, with a focus on IAM solutions. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the Saudi market. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the cybersecurity domain. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to deliver tailored solutions to clients. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with prospective clients. Monitor industry developments and emerging threats to position the company as a thought leader in cybersecurity. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and progress. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the cybersecurity industry in related markets, with a focus on IAM solutions. Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, specifically IAM technologies. Proven experience in the Saudi market is a must. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven approach. Willing to travel within Saudi to major cities.
