We’re Hiring: Project Manager — Events & Exhibitions Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Contract: Full-time, limited-term contract under UAE Federal Decree-Law 33/2021 Experience required: Minimum 4 years in the exhibitions/events industry About us Henoto Middle East Events LLC is part of the Henoto Group, an international network with offices and affiliated agencies across Italy, Mexico, the USA, China, Vietnam, Poland, and the UAE and operate its platform that connects clients, designers, and local fabricators worldwide. We are growing our Dubai team and looking for a Project Manager to lead booth setup and on-site execution for local and international trade shows. What you’ll be doing · Coordinate the planning, build-up, and dismantling of exhibition booths · Work closely with our design and production teams to translate technical drawings into successful builds · Read and interpret floor plans, elevations, and venue layouts accurately · Supervise on-site teams, vendors, and contractors during installation · Maintain proactive communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams · Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality, safety, and budget standards · Liaise with our international agencies and the platform on cross-border projects when required What we’re looking for · Minimum 4 years of experience in exhibitions, events, trade-show production, or construction-related project coordination · Ability to read and interpret floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings · Strong knowledge of exhibition build-up processes, booth fabrication, installation, dismantling, logistics, and venue regulations · Solid understanding of materials and production methods (wood, metal, printing, AV, rigging, electrical, lighting) · Familiarity with HSE (Health & Safety) guidelines for events and exhibition halls · Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages relevant to the GCC market (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or others) are a plus · Valid UAE driving licence · Reliable, organised, and proactive both on-site and off-site Nice to have · Experience on international trade shows or exhibitions in the Middle East · Knowledge of sustainable or modular booth design · Basic budgeting and reporting skills What we offer · A role with international exposure within a fast-growing group · Direct involvement with our digital platform and a worldwide network of designers and affiliates · A collaborative, international, and multicultural working environment How to apply Send your CV and portfolio (if available) to dubaioffice@henoto.com Subject line: Project Manager Application Privacy Notice The personal data you submit with your application will be processed by Henoto Middle East Events LLC (Dubai, UAE) as Data Controller, for the purposes of recruitment and selection, in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 (PDPL) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679).
