We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to serve as the official representative of our platform in the Emirate of Sharjah and the Eastern Region. Your main mission will be to build strong, trust-based relationships with leading real estate agencies and persuade them to transition from traditional advertising methods to the future of digital real estate. key responsibilities Regional Outreach: Identify and meet with leading real estate agencies and independent brokers across Sharjah City, Kalba, and Khorfakkan. Platform Evangelism: Conduct professional demos showing agents how to use our "Live Stream" and "Smart Reels" features to close deals faster and build trust with investors. Strategic Consulting: Act as a partner to agencies, helping them transition their traditional listings into high-engagement, unedited video content. Account Onboarding: Manage the full sales cycle—from the initial "cold" visit to final account setup and the launching of their first live tour. Local Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from agents in the East Coast to help our product team refine features specifically for the Sharjah property market. Requirements The "Hunter" Mentality: You are a self-starter who is comfortable walking into offices, networking at local events, and building a portfolio from the ground up. Tech: You must be able to confidently explain mobile app features and the benefits of live-streaming technology. Communication: Fluent in English is essential and Proficiency in Arabic is a significant plus. Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE driver’s license and own a vehicle for field visits across the emirate.
