Procurement Project Manager Responsibilities Initiate and plan small‑scale procurement projects or subprojects , ensuring alignment with scope, objectives, timelines, specifications, and resource needs. Manage the savings funnel , including tracking cost‑saving initiatives, monitoring progress against targets, and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization . Participate in Lifecycle Management (LCM) activities, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions. Execute structured project management plans , defining scope, deliverables, schedules, and resource allocation to guide execution and control. Oversee project execution, monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with procurement policies, standards, and governance . Identify and manage project risks and issues , escalating critical matters to stakeholders and management to minimize impact. Apply entrepreneurial mindset and ownership in day‑to‑day activities to drive results and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or equivalent with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sourcing and procurement. Experience or exposure to managing project procurement , product changes or life cycle management for existing product. Ability to support cost impact analysis, supplier quotations, and change implementation into factory operations . Excellent understanding of procurement processes, cost optimization, and savings tracking . Excellent English with strong stakeholder collaboration, ownership, and communication skills in a global set up. How we Work Together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office‑based teams, this means working in‑person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full‑time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customer’s or supplier’s locations. This is an onsite role.
