Project Manager – Agile Delivery (CRM / Salesforce) Role Overview We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of CRM transformation initiatives within a large enterprise environment in Abu Dhabi. This role combines programme management and Agile delivery expertise , with a strong focus on Salesforce and CRM ecosystems . You will operate in a self-sufficient leadership capacity , managing multiple squads and ensuring seamless delivery of customer-centric platforms. Immediate availability is preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of CRM/Salesforce programmes across multiple Agile squads Drive Agile best practices including sprint planning, backlog management, and ceremonies Act as the primary owner for programme delivery, governance, and execution Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver CRM-driven customer solutions Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations across multiple workstreams Ensure alignment between business requirements and Salesforce platform capabilities Track programme KPIs, milestones, and delivery outcomes Provide clear reporting and insights to senior stakeholders Drive continuous improvement across delivery frameworks and processes Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in programme management or delivery leadership Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) Experience managing multiple Agile squads simultaneously Certification such as CSM or equivalent Agile certification preferred Ability to lead programmes independently end-to-end Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in enterprise-scale digital or CRM transformation programmes Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi Immediate or short notice availability preferred Halian Group With over 28 years of experience, we have come to understand that innovation is the only way to provide agile, practical solutions that transform businesses and careers.
