Position: Business Development & Sales Manager (B2B Hospitality & Corporate Partnerships)
Reporting To: Operations Director / General Manager

Position Overview
Gerbou is seeking a commercially driven and well-connected Business Development & Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B hospitality, restaurant partnerships, and corporate gifting.
This role is focused on revenue generation first, with a clear mandate to build and grow strategic relationships across corporates, government entities, concierge networks, and lifestyle brands. The candidate will actively position Gerbou as a destination for corporate dining, private events, catering, and bespoke gifting experiences, while also unlocking opportunities through Tashkeel and Tasmeem Tashkeel.
The ideal candidate understands how to sell experiences, not just products. They are confident in navigating high-level client relationships, structuring deals, and converting opportunities into consistent revenue streams.
This role sits at the intersection of hospitality, design, and culture, requiring close collaboration with Tashkeel’s teams to deliver tailored, high-value propositions.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
Drive B2B sales strategy across corporate dining, private events, catering, and long-term partnerships.
Identify and secure opportunities with:
Corporates and government entities
Family offices and VIP clients
Hotels, concierge networks, and luxury service providers
Event agencies and brand partners
Develop and sell corporate gifting solutions in collaboration with Tasmeem Tashkeel, including bespoke, locally produced items.
Actively build a pipeline of clients and convert leads into measurable revenue.
Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and commercial packages.
Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with business targets.
Ensure strong client retention and repeat business through relationship management.
Cross-Collaboration with Tashkeel
Work closely with Tashkeel and Tasmeem Tashkeel teams to unlock cross-selling opportunities across art, design, and manufacturing.
When projects involve Tashkeel, coordinate with the Project Coordinator to:
Delegate tasks effectively across design and production teams
Ensure timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are aligned
Contribute to positioning Gerbou within Tashkeel’s wider ecosystem as a cultural and corporate destination.
Revenue Strategy & Growth
Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across all revenue streams.
Develop structured pricing and packaging strategies for:
Corporate events
Catering menus
Gifting solutions
Monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement strategies to increase conversion and revenue.
Work with Finance and Operations to ensure profitability across all deals.
Brand Positioning & Market Presence
Support marketing initiatives with a sales-first mindset, ensuring all campaigns drive measurable business outcomes.
Collaborate with Tashkeel’s Marketing team to align messaging with business objectives.
Represent Gerbou at networking events, industry gatherings, and client meetings.
Position Gerbou as a leading Emirati dining experience within the corporate and cultural space.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5–8 years of experience in B2B sales within hospitality, F&B, or corporate services.
Proven track record in corporate partnerships, events, or gifting sales.
Strong network within the UAE market is highly preferred.
Commercially focused with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Fluent in English and Arabic (required).
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple revenue streams simultaneously.
Flexible to attend client meetings, events, and activations as required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly and quarterly revenue targets achieved
Growth in corporate clients, partnerships, and repeat business
Number and value of closed B2B deals
Expansion of corporate gifting and catering revenue streams
Successful collaboration with Tashkeel on cross-platform projects
