About the Job Tether Wallet is a self‐custodial wallet used by people worldwide to hold, send, and transact with USDt, XAUt, USAt, and BTC. We ship to a global audience, and every release involves engineering, design, legal, compliance, licensing, expansion, marketing, and customer support. Responsibilities Your job is to ensure that once a feature is specified, it gets delivered on time, with all dependencies handled, and no stakeholder is left waiting on a deliverable.Act as the single point of coordination across all cross‐functional teams, knowing what each team needs and how their work plugs into the release timeline. Lead releases end‐to‐end, from sprint planning through QA, bug triage, legal sign‐off, compliance review, support enablement, marketing coordination, and launch. Track every dependency across stakeholders and surface risks before they become blockers. Follow up with stakeholders to keep releases moving. Translate between technical and non‐technical stakeholders, acting as the connective tissue. Own the release tracker and maintain the source of truth, even when stakeholders don't use your tools.Qualifications4+ years in project management, technical project management, scrum master, product owner, or delivery lead roles. Engineering background – previous software engineering experience or a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field. Excellent written and spoken communication skills, able to adapt tone for engineers, lawyers, marketers, and executives. Proven track record collaborating with diverse stakeholders across engineering and at least three non‐engineering functions. Hands‐on experience building and owning release trackers and managing cross‐team dependencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Proficiency in English (spoken and written).PreferredExperience with crypto wallets or exchanges. FinTech or payment experience.
