About the job Project Manager Mobile Network Job Summary XAD Technologies is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager - Mobile Network to lead and manage telecom infrastructure and mobile network projects across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients. The candidate must possess strong expertise in telecom operations, mobile network deployment, site implementation, and project management within the telecommunications industry. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage mobile network projects including LTE, 4G, and 5G deploymentsOversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activitiesCoordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal technical teamsEnsure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelineMonitor site rollout activities, installation, integration, and commissioning processesManage telecom infrastructure implementation including BTS, microwave, fiber, and transmission networksPrepare project schedules, progress reports, risk assessments, and resource planningEnsure compliance with telecom standards, HSE policies, and quality proceduresConduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholdersResolve operational and technical issues during project executionMonitor project KPIs and ensure customer satisfactionSupport budgeting, procurement coordination, and cost optimization initiativesSupervise field teams and ensure efficient workforce utilizationMaintain project documentation and reporting accuracy Requirements Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fieldMinimum 5-8 years of experience in telecom/mobile network project managementStrong experience in 4G/LTE/5G network deployment projectsKnowledge of telecom infrastructure, RF systems, transmission, and site rollout operationsExperience managing telecom vendors and subcontractorsStrong understanding of project management methodologies and toolsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera, or related project management toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and meet strict deadlinesUAE/KSA telecom project experience will be preferredPMP certification will be considered an added advantageValid driving license is preferred Preferred Skills Team leadership and coordinationBudget and cost managementRisk management and mitigationClient relationship managementTelecom project planning and executionVendor managementTechnical troubleshootingReporting and documentation Package Details
