General Description Join a leading project delivery and consulting environment supporting large-scale asset management and capital project initiatives across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We are looking for experienced Asset Management Project Managers with strong expertise in asset lifecycle management, governance, and delivery within asset-intensive industries. This opportunity is ideal for senior project management professionals who can operate at the intersection of capital project delivery and long-term asset performance, ensuring assets are properly governed, documented, commissioned, and transitioned into operations. The role requires strong stakeholder management, structured project governance, and deep understanding of asset management frameworks such as ISO 55000 within complex enterprise or infrastructure environments. This is a contract / freelance engagement (initial 6 months) supporting ongoing regional transformation and infrastructure programs. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of asset management projects from initiation through commissioning and operational handoverManage project scope, schedule, cost, risks, issues, and stakeholder alignment across the full delivery lifecycleDevelop and maintain asset registers, asset data standards, and governance frameworks for asset information managementImplement asset lifecycle and maintenance strategies aligned with ISO 55000 and recognized asset management practicesCoordinate closely with engineering, operations, maintenance, and client stakeholders to ensure delivery and operational objectives remain alignedDrive governance activities including status reporting, steering committee updates, change management, and escalation managementOversee commissioning and handover processes, ensuring complete documentation, asset readiness, and clear operational ownershipTrack project benefits, delivery performance, and operational outcomes against agreed objectives and KPIsApply structured PMO and project delivery methodologies consistently throughout the engagement Required Experience Minimum 15+ years of project management experience within asset-intensive industries such as infrastructure, utilities, energy, transportation, industrial, or large-scale facilities environmentsStrong experience delivering asset management or capital project initiatives within the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or wider GCC regionHands-on knowledge of asset management standards and frameworks, particularly ISO 55000Proven experience managing project governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and operational handover activitiesExperience building and managing asset registers, maintenance strategies, and lifecycle management processesStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior client leadership and PMO stakeholdersPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferredIAM or other asset management certifications are considered an advantageBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related disciplineArabic language skills are advantageous but not mandatoryImmediate or short-notice availability is highly preferred Work Setup • Contract / Freelance engagement • Initial 6-month contract • Onsite
