We are partnered with a protocol looking to relaunch, V2 - You will play a pivotal role in coordinating the launch and the token migration. This position requires a deep understanding of DeFi mechanics and token models to ensure a seamless transition and successful project execution. Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate the V2 protocol launch and token migration process.Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and communications.Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals and strategies.Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project challenges.Continuously monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.Report project status, progress, and outcomes to management and key stakeholders. Required Skills: Proven experience in project management, ideally in the DeFi or blockchain space.Strong understanding of tokenomics and decentralized finance mechanisms.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.Experience working in cross-functional teams.Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
