Job Description
Position: Senior Business Development Manager - Chinese Global Accounts (IT Services & System Integration) Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaKey Responsibilities 1. Market Strategy, Business Development & Pipeline Building Opportunity Identification: Focus on key regions within Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. Conduct real-time tracking and analysis of the Middle East IT market's competitive landscape and competitor strategies, delivering insights and investment trend reports regarding Chinese enterprises expanding into Saudi Arabia.Pipeline Management: Identify, approach, and develop targeted Chinese corporate accounts. Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of prospective clients, and formulate customized market-entry and expansion strategies.2. Relationship Deepening & Client Lifecycle Management Decision-Maker Engagement: Act as the primary interface of Atos for this client segment. Build and sustain long-term trust with key decision-makers, CIOs, and Project Directors of Chinese enterprises, deeply analyzing their pain points regarding compliance and IT architecture during their expansion into Saudi Arabia.Long-Term Satisfaction: Establish a regular maintenance and follow-up mechanism for core clients. Resolve issues related to technical alignment and delivery acceptance during cooperation, boost contract renewal rates, and actively uncover secondary business opportunities and referrals.Feedback Loop: Set up a closed-loop customer feedback system to collect authentic market and client demands regarding products/services, providing first-hand insights for headquarters to optimize pricing models and delivery strategies.3. Collaborative Solution Selling & Commercial Execution Customized Proposals: Agilely mobilize internal and external resources, coordinating with Atos architects, security experts, and cloud operations teams. Translate Atos's global benchmark services (such as hybrid cloud delivery, SAP system migration, and advanced security operations) into tailored commercial proposals that perfectly align with the expansion needs of Chinese enterprises.End-to-End Process Management: Lead the entire process of large-scale bidding projects (RFP/RFI), independently design commercial pricing strategies, and lead or participate in contract clause negotiations.Collection & SLA Supervision: Post-signing, monitor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and assist the finance team with invoicing and commercial collection.Job Qualifications 1. Educational Background & Language Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunication Engineering, Business Management, International Trade, or related disciplines.Languages: Native fluency in Mandarin is required. English must be fluent as a working language (capable of seamless business negotiations, proposal writing, and cross-cultural communication). Proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus.2. Work Experience Industry Expertise: 5 to 10 years of experience in Business Development or Key Account Management (KAM) within IT services, IT digital solutions, software sales, cloud computing, or technology consulting sectors.Overseas / Client Segment Experience: 3 to 5+ years of overseas business development experience in the IT industry (proven track records of successfully opening up Middle East/Saudi markets are highly preferred). Proven success in selling IT system integration solutions to large Chinese outbound enterprises or Chinese mega-projects in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.3. Professional Skills & Core Competencies Technical & Compliance Comprehension: Ability to rapidly grasp the core logic of IT products; familiarity with mainstream public/hybrid cloud architectures, cybersecurity compliance requirements, or enterprise ERP (e.g., SAP) implementation paths. Familiarity with data compliance, import/export regulations, or customs and tax policies in the Middle East market is an advantage.Commercial & Project Operation: Outstanding skills in client needs analysis, project operations, and complex contract negotiations; capability to manage multiple project lifecycles simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.Cross-Cultural Capability & Self-Drive: Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills, public relations capabilities, and lateral leadership (influence without authority). Possess sharp market insight, strong self-motivation, and a collaborative team spirit, with the ability to navigate and execute efficiently within a multinational matrix organization.
