Job Description
Role : Business Development Manager & Solution Advisor Solution Focus Enterprise Business Solutions & Services (SAP ERP, Data Analytics, AWS Cloud Solution, General IT Services). We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Manager to help us expand our clients in UAE and GCC countries. Requirements • 3 – 6 Year experience / knowledge in B2B Sales / Marketing / IT Sales in ERP Softwares (SAP, Microsoft, Oracle) or Cloud based applications or Enterprise Apps etc • Bachelor's degree from recognized university / colleges in IT or Business Administration or Sales / Marketing • Fluent verbal and written communication in English, Arabic, other local language • Strong Analytical and Presentation skills • Professional, self-motivated, confident and excellent interpersonal skills are essential • Any foreign language communication skills would be a big bonus Roles & Responsibilities: Enterprise Software Sales – SAP ERP Solutions – SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA etc. 1) Opportunity Generation & Presales Engagement • Generate Leads or Opportunities from assigned Industry / Location segment. • Use various campaign methods i.e. Mailing, Cold calling, exhibitions and seminars, forums and databases etc. • Identify Key decision makers, Interact with CXOs / various functional heads • Represent the company and solutions to key decision makers (CIO, IT Managers, CFOs, CEOs), make presentations, case studies and related documents • Analyse client pain areas, size up requirement and propose a solution • Ability to present first level solution demo 2) Marketing - • Participate in various marketing campaigns, Industry events, trade fairs etc. • Conduct Customer awareness events on new solutions, cross solutions, new features etc. • Assist in collecting client feedback / testimonials • Share inputs on marketing materials • Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Contribute in Content ideation, creation like Social Media awareness, Email Marketing, Awareness Reels 3) CRM & Data management - • Manage all open leads / potentials on CRM • Keep all the records updated. • Maintain all versions of BoQ, quotations and other project related document of each client handled. • Report periodically on progress of the current cases • Achieve sales targets as assigned Location: • Base Location: Dubai, UAE Reporting to: • Head of Business / Vice President / Sales Manager Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
