Job Description
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads to ensure consistent follow-up and conversion, maximizing sales opportunities.Develop and implement targeted business development strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goals.Stay informed about competitor activities and market dynamics to effectively position the company's offerings.. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities Provide expert advice to clients on property investment Negotiate deals and close sales effectively Stay updated with the latest market trends and developments Minimum 1 year of experience in direct sales , Real estate sales experience preferred. Maximum age should be 30 years .Graduates and above qualification . Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
