We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the Europe & CIS Markets. In this role, you'll be right at the heart of driving sales and building strong relationships with our B2B clients. You'll play a key part in achieving our financial and operational goals while helping us grow in exciting new international markets.
What You’ll Be Doing:Financial Goals:
· Hit and surpass revenue, footfall, and per capita targets for the Europe & CIS markets.
· Keep track of sales performance each month, compare it to our targets, and highlight areas where we can improve—then suggest the best way forward.
· Set clear sales goals for your team and make sure everyone stays on track and is performing their best.
Day-to-Day Operations:
· Work closely with the sales team to create and manage account plans for our clients.
· Find new opportunities to attract fresh B2B customers and help us grow in the Europe & CIS regions.
· Meet regularly with senior leadership to discuss how things are going, talk about strategies, and plan for the future.
Business Strategy:
· Identify ways to improve our sales processes and drive better results.
· Represent the hotel at networking events to generate new leads and business for the Europe & CIS markets.
· Be the face of the brand when you interact with clients at events, helping to strengthen our presence and build partnerships.
Team Leadership:
· Lead by example, setting a high bar for productivity and service excellence.
· Coach and motivate your team, ensuring everyone is aligned with our goals and working together to hit those targets.

About You:
You’re the perfect fit if you have:
· A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or something similar.
· 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the hotel or hospitality industry.
· A proven track record of building and executing successful international sales strategies.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· A natural talent for hitting sales targets and driving growth.
