Object 1 Real Estate Development – Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Summary Object 1 Real Estate Development is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in real estate development sales (off-plan and primary market projects). The ideal candidate must have proven experience exclusively in selling real estate development projects, managing sales teams, and driving revenue growth within the Abu Dhabi/UAE market. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement sales strategies for off-plan and primary real estate projects. • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Oversee the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closing. • Ensure deep product knowledge across all company developments. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies within Abu Dhabi and the UAE. • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agencies, and direct clients. • Coordinate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives. • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for senior management. • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies. • Participate in property launches, exhibitions, and investment events. Requirements • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in real estate development sales (off-plan projects mandatory). • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a developer company (not brokerage-only experience). • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market and regulations. • Experience managing and leading a sales team. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills. • Strong client relationship management abilities. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
