Job Description
Anymove is building an intelligent logistics execution engine designed to coordinate the movement of goods across Dubai. We work with a professional fleet and use structured systems to manage pricing, vehicle allocation and dispatch in real time. Our goal is to replace informal, ad hoc WhatsApp based logistics bookings with a reliable, trackable and scalable logistics platform for businesses. The Role We are hiring a B2B Business Development Manager to acquire and grow business accounts across Dubai. Your responsibility is to bring manufacturers, importers, food and beverage companies, hospitality groups, education institutions, healthcare providers and infrastructure contractors onto the platform. You will replace unstructured WhatsApp based bookings with structured recurring logistics usage. This is a revenue generating role. Key Responsibilities • Identify and target high volume businesses across key industries • Book and attend daily meetings to demonstrate the platform • Convert ad hoc logistics users into recurring business accounts • Negotiate pricing within approved framework • Secure signed agreements and onboard new business clients • Work with operations to ensure smooth account setup • Monitor account usage and increase delivery volume per client • Maintain a structured CRM pipeline • Provide weekly reporting on meetings, conversions and revenue impact • Support long term account retention and relationship development Target Industries • Manufacturers • Importers and distributors • Food and beverage suppliers • Hospitality groups • Education institutions • Healthcare providers • Infrastructure and construction companies Requirements • Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales or business development in the UAE • Experience in logistics, transport, supply chain or related industries preferred • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Comfortable conducting in person meetings across Dubai • Strong understanding of how businesses manage delivery operations • Proven ability to meet monthly sales targets • Strong communication and presentation skills • Valid UAE driving licence preferred Performance Expectations • Minimum 4 qualified meetings per day • Clear monthly account acquisition targets • Revenue and delivery volume growth per account • Contribution to achieving Month 6 job volume targets Salary Competitive fixed salary plus performance based commission What We Are Looking For A commercially driven operator who understands that replacing informal logistics arrangements requires trust, reliability and persistence. This role directly impacts revenue growth and breakeven targets. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Location: • Dubai (Preferred) Willingness to travel: • 75% (Preferred) Expected Start Date: 01/04/2026
