They are seeking a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to join their expanding team in Dubai The company are aiming to build and secure robust software for modern Web by building next generation decentralised platforms spanning crypto native prediction markets, high performance trading infrastructure, and advanced blockchain scalability solutions. Responsibilities • Design, implement, and evolve their current SRE foundation • Reliability for bot driven systems • Building real time observability • Automation of deployments • Collaborate with different stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and participate in post mortems Requirements • 3+ years in SRE / DevOps roles supporting complex, distributed, high‑uptime systems. • Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar). • Deep experience with observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry, etc.). • Solid scripting/automation ability using Python, Go, or Bash. • Familiarity with blockchain concepts: nodes, RPCs, mempool behaviour, consensus, L2s, or validator ecosystems. Preferred • Experience operating blockchain nodes (ETH, SOL, L2s, modular chains). • Exposure to prediction markets, automated trading systems, or MEV‑aware execution. • Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, or similar distributed data systems. • Background in security engineering or experience working closely with auditing organisations.
