Position Outline The Sales Manager – Long Stay is responsible for generating revenue and managing client accounts in the long-stay and extended-stay segment. The role focuses on executing sales plans, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets while supporting the hotel’s strategic objectives. Roles & Responsibilities • Actively prospect and acquire new long-stay corporate and business clients. • Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize repeat business. • Follow up on leads and inquiries, converting them into confirmed bookings. • Coordinate with reservations, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth guest experience. • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and Banquet/Event/Stay offers for clients. • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to senior management. • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events. • Track and report sales performance, occupancy, and revenue metrics regularly. Experience • 2–4 years of sales experience in hospitality, preferably in 5-star hotels. • Proven experience in long-stay or extended-stay business segment. • Experience in managing corporate accounts and achieving sales targets. Skills & Competencies • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Client-focused with ability to build and maintain strong relationships. • Results-oriented with good problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Understanding of UAE hospitality market and corporate client requirements. • Valid UAE driving license and car for client visits. • Ability to work independently while supporting overall sales strategy.
