Job Summary
The Senior Manager – Sales & Business Development (Lifestyle Division) is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and leading strategic B2B sales initiatives for bespoke products in the perfume, lifestyle, and luxury packaging industries. This role focuses on new business development, key account management, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination to deliver tailored customer solutions while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Drive new business generation and achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify, approach, and engage potential B2B customers, including perfume manufacturers, lifestyle brands, OEMs, and distributors.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
• Expand company’s presence into new market segments beyond the perfume industry.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives.
Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and business development team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage resource allocation, workload, and skill development to ensure optimal performance.
Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored product solutions.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, and forecasts.
Market & Product Knowledge
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence to support sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Share market insights and product ideas with design and product development teams.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure accurate execution of customer requirements.
• Support sample development, pricing coordination, and order follow-ups.
• Assist in resolving delivery, quality, or technical issues in coordination with internal teams.
Reporting & Compliance
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit summaries for management review.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Lead Generation & Brand Representation
• Support lead generation initiatives and customer base expansion.
• Represent the Company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Maintain professional representation of the company and its brand values.
