(Job Summary): As an Export Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading international sales and market development for our fragrance portfolio. In this role you will be focused on expanding global distribution, driving revenue growth, managing international distributors and retail partners, and ensuring strong brand execution across markets. (Job Responsibilities): International Sales & Market Development: • Identify, evaluate, and develop new export markets, retail channels, and strategic distribution partners globally. • Achieve assigned revenue, volume, and profitability targets across international regions. • Develop and execute market entry strategies for new territories. • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify growth opportunities. • Build and maintain a strong international sales pipeline. • Represent the brand at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings to generate new business opportunities. • Appoint, onboard, and manage international distributors, agents, and retail partners. Distributor & Key Account Management: • Negotiate distribution agreements, pricing structures, trade margins, and commercial terms. • Ensure distributors align with brand positioning, pricing policies, and retail execution standards. • Drive distributor performance through joint business planning, sales forecasting, and performance reviews. • Build long-term relationships with key accounts, retail buyers, regional agents, and duty-free operators. • Act as the primary point of contact for distributor and retail partner escalations, feedback, and support. Retail Execution & Brand Presence: • Ensure optimal product availability, assortment planning, and visibility across key retail stores and markets. • Monitor retail execution standards, merchandising guidelines, and brand presentation. • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to support in-market promotions, product launches, and brand activations. • Support distributors with POS materials, training, and promotional campaigns to drive sell-through. Commercial & Operational Excellence: • Manage export order processing, documentation, and shipping coordination in collaboration with logistics teams. • Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and replenishment planning with export customers to avoid stockouts or overstock. • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation requirements, and local import laws (including fragrance regulations and labeling compliance). • Track sales performance, margins, receivables, and profitability by region. • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and strategic business updates for management. (Qualifications & Experience): • Bachelor’s degree in international business management, or related field (MBA preferred). • 10 – 8 years of experience in export sales within the perfume, beauty, or FMCG sector. (Knowledge & Skills): • Strong understanding of international retail markets. • Experience in handling distributors, retailers, and cross-cultural clients. • Strong negotiation skills. • Ability to travel internationally. • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Multilingual capabilities (Arabic, English) French, or Spanish) is a plus.
