Overview Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Zayed City, United Arab Emirates Salary: 1400 AED per month We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Zayed City, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of sales operations and initiatives, driving profitable revenue growth and expanding the customer base. Responsibilities • Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed sales goals • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure repeat business • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to create strategies that drive business growth • Monitor customer feedback and make adjustments to strategies as needed • Review customer orders, contracts, pricing, invoices and payments • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to sales operations • Train new staff on sales processes, products, services and company policies • Respond promptly to customer inquiries Qualifications • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role required • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written required We are ready to consider an immigrant.
