Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for hospitality market expansion in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
• Leverage existing luxury hotel networks to secure meetings with key decision-makers including Marketing Directors, Events Directors, General Managers, and Guest Experience Managers
• Present Legend X’s premium robotics solutions to showcase value in enhancing guest engagement and brand differentiation
• Negotiate event-based activations and long-term partnership agreements tailored to client needs
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless execution of robotic experiences
• Provide market insights to refine product positioning, pricing strategies, and service offerings
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality sales, partnerships, or business development
• Established network within the Dubai/Abu Dhabi luxury hotel sector with direct access to C-level and department heads
• Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals (minimum AED 10M+ annually)
• Experience in experiential marketing, events, or premium service industries is highly preferred
• Deep understanding of hospitality decision-making hierarchies and procurement processes
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills with ability to articulate technical value in non-technical terms
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership of market expansion goals
